We would like to officially welcome Jessica and provide you with some information about her qualifications, experience and professional life story.
When I speak with Jessica, it is clear to me that she is extremely passionate about making a difference in the health industry. She is spirited when it comes to self-education and has completed studies in Naturopathy and Clinical Thermography, now combining these modalities to provide an excellent service. Jessica’s official qualifications include; Clinical Thermographer, Ad Dip Naturopathy and Bach Health Sciences Majoring Complementary Medicine. Rather than studying on campus, Jessica chose to complete her advanced diploma of Naturopathy through the Australian Institute of Applied Sciences while travelling around Australia. For four years she travelled as far North as Cooktown and as far South as Lismore, studying in between exploring the beautiful, natural surroundings. Jessica gained a wide range of experience along the way, working with a naturopath at the Gold Coast, Reiki Master and Naturopath in Lismore, Iridologist in Cairns and a Thermal Imager in Malanda.
This range of experience taught Jessica that she should specialise in thermal imaging. She was lucky that after finishing her studies, she was able to purchase a camera in Toowoomba. She bought it in 2011 and flew to America for the required training. It was during this time that she met and fell in love with Andrew and made the decision to settle down in Gayndah. Jessica and Andrew now have three children and run an organic farm growing animals and small crops for proper nutrition, not just for themselves but for the wider community. In particular, they produce organic garlic, sheep & cattle. Adjusting to Gayndah life was a process after her exotic travels around Australia and across the world, but she feels that her life is amazing. Jessica comments that, “My children grow up with sunshine, clean air and plenty of dirt. I grow as much food as I can and we spend our days outside really living life. We have the space and lifestyle to consciously raise our children.” Six years later, she has now expanded her thermal imaging business to service the areas of Bundaberg, Brisbane, Nambour, Noosa and Toowoomba. She operated a Naturopathic clinic for 4 years in Gayndah but has decided to temporarily close due to the birth of her third child. She now provides naturopathic consultations with people from all over Australia via Skype.
It is clear to me that Jessica loves helping people along their health journey. She doesn’t claim to cure anything but she provides up to date information, resources and support, attempting whole heartedly to inspire clients to be the best version of themselves. She has a way of making people feel self-empowered and motivated to take action.
